I completed the short sleeved sweater in May,2009. For the other 'purple sweater,' I used a different pattern and modified it slightly to lengthen the sleeves to 3/4 length. Although I did not knit on this project continually, as soon as I was done and blocked it, it took a very short time to put it together. I really enjoy wearing these sweaters to my Red Hat Events.
I started a lacy scarf but got tired of it not progressing fast enough and knitted a purple (is there any other color!) hat and mittens. They are nice and warm and luckily too small for my grandchildren!
